Gemini Billing Services, Inc will take over Billing for the Turkey Creek RSD on August 1st. Questions prior to August 1 should be directed to the district office.
We are working extremely hard to make this transition as seamless as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions:
• Monthly billed customers will continue to receive a card bill monthly.
• Annual billed customers will receive their annual billing in March.
• Auto-Pay options are not available at this time. We are however working on a new online platform. Hoping to have this live by January 2026.
• If you pay your bill through your bank, you do need to update the mailing address with your bank starting with August's payment.

Payments made can take up to 3 days, to be credited to your account.
A 3% convenience fee, will be added to all credit and debit card payments, with a minimum convenience fee of $ 1.00 for all transactions under $33.00.
If paying by electronic check, there is a fee of $1.50

TIPS:

If using your bank's bill pay service, please be sure to include your account number on your check.
Return half of your payment stub with your payment.
You may pay monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually -- however you choose. Just include one payment stub and write the amount you are paying at the top.
You can combine accounts and pay with one check. Enclose a payment coupon for each account with your check.
Payments are due on the 15th. Please allow time for your payment to travel through the mail.
