About Gemini Billing Services, Inc.

Gemini Billing Services, Inc. is a mother-daughter duo. Linda Kiester, president, began billing for Adams Lake Regional Sewer District in 1991. After many years, up to 8 districts at one time, Linda incorporated Gemini Billing Services on April 12, 2007. Working along her side, Linda's daughter, Ashleigh (Kiester) Thomas, has worked for the business for as long as she can remember. Ashleigh and her twin sister, Meghann, were fortunate to have their mom work from home doing sewer billing since they were a year old. 

Linda's almost 30 years of experience has built an outstanding relationship with Indiana State Board of Accounts. She has been instrumental in establishing policies in which regional sewer districts must follow. Although rustier with modern technology, Linda provides a wealth of knowledge for the procedures of small utilities billing. 

Ashleigh fills in the gap with modern technology and played an essential role in providing the Invoice Cloud payment services. Along with working for Gemini Billing Services, Ashleigh has her own graphic design business specializing in custom apparel.

Gemini Billing Services utilizes Keystone Billing Software provided by Boyce Systems. This software is maintained and updated to coincide with Indiana State Board of Accounts requirement.
